Best Dentist Office I have been to in a long time. MAYBE EVER! Dentist himself was very patient answering all my questions and the staff was so pleasant and knowledgeable. They went out of the way for my wife and myself. We had Appointments 3 hours apart and they changed their lunch hours so we could both be seen and didn't have to come back. They did this on their own without us asking. Wonderful experience.

Dr. Joseph and all his staff have been great. I have horrible teeth and so I’m in there regularly to get fillings and crowns and cleanings, and so far everything has been taken care of in a very professional and courteous manner. Dr Joseph always checks in to make sure he’s not causing any pain, and if there are any issues with anything he does, which is rare, he’s fixed them for free. The hygienists are all lovely and the office staff is super good about following up on claims and coordinating with your insurance companies (I have more than one). Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a competent and caring dentist.

I don’t know where to begin, I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Joseph and his staff at Milford Smile Designs. The staff was welcoming and comforting. The doctor was a true gentleman, gentle in every way, he took the time to explain everything to me before during and after my procedure. And my procedure was fairly involved and constituted a dental surgery, this is the second day now after and I must tell you I feel absolutely fine. Absolutely no pain at all. Dr. Joseph is a true true miracle man. I highly recommend him, especially to those of you who may be fearful of a dental experience. He’s a godsend.
